Once you reach the Masseria, we will be surrounded by the tranquility and the beauty of nature around you. Spectacular is the "Mozzarella Show", during which the cheese maker show the processing of dairy products and cheeses and we will take part in the production of mozzarella, scamorza, ricotta, primosale and other cheeses typical of Valle d'Itria. The visit of the Masseria and of the production area will end with a tasting based not only of the products created during the cheese making, but especially with abundant dishes of the typical Apulian tradition.
During the visit in an ancient Masseria of 1800 (farmhouse), we will discover all the secrets of cheese making, visiting the dairy farm, the breeding, the maturing cellars, the butchery and the cured meats laboratory.
